“I've now experienced Kirsten's sound healing twice, and I find it a wonderful way to relax. Kirsten takes the time to begin gently with an explanation and some yoga exercises. I personally find the combination of instruments she uses during the sound bath very comforting. Afterward, there's time to ground yourself and reflect if needed. During the second session, I noticed I was able to let the sound guide me more than the first, and I'm sure I'll be able to relax even more deeply in the next session.”
