We begin with a silent walk through the forest to ground in the present moment and disconnect from daily stimuli.
Afterwards, I will guide you through a gentle, restorative yoga session followed by a deep sound healing, inviting you to slow down, soften, and fully relax.
We close at the vineyard with drinks, fresh seasonal fruit, and a short sharing circle and journaling moment to help integrate your experience.
